Delivery times
Orders received before 12 noon (between Monday to Friday) are typically despatched on the same day (subject to stock availability). Depending on the delivery service you have chosen, items are usually delivered within 2-3 working days. For UK next day delivery, orders must be placed before 12 noon the previous working day. For a guaranteed Saturday delivery, please contact us on guy@boneclub.co.uk . Personalisation and embossing orders are available. Please contact guy@boneclub.co.uk to discuss your requirements.
UK Shipping Options and Costs
Standard Delivery is free in the UK. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Order by 12pm previous working day. Free delivery in the UK not available on some sale and reduced price items. Not available on personalised items.
International Shipping Options and Costs
We are very happy to arrange delivery overseas. You will need to enter the delivery address information at checkout in order to obtain a price for the delivery costs.
Timings will vary dependent on location.
Customs, VAT & Import Duty
Orders may sometimes be delayed at customs. In these cases, delivery times may be longer than those estimated.
For all orders outside of the European Union, VAT will be eliminated from the total cost of your order before shipping costs are added. However, please note that your order may be subject to import duty and local taxes that must be paid by you on receipt of your order. Rules vary by country and are determined by your local government.

Tracking your order
Your order can be tracked by viewing your order summary in My Account. Within your order dispatch confirmation email, you will receive a tracking number to allow you to track your delivery directly with the courier. If you are having trouble tracking your order, please contact info@boneclub.co.uk
